I.                    EXECUTIVE SESSION – SUPERINTENDENT’S EVALUATION
Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(A)1.  Discussion or consideration of employment, assignment, promotion, salaries, evaluation of the school superintendent, except that with the exception of salaries, the employee may demand   that the discussion or consideration occur at a public meeting.  The Governing Board shall provide the superintendent with written notice, but not less than twenty four hours, to determine whether the discussion or consideration should occur at a public meeting.

J.                  ADJOURNMENT

The Governing Board is prohibited by law from addressing topics  which do not appear on the Agenda.  The purpose of the “Call to the Public” section is for the Governing Board to hear statements from constituents.  Responses to statements will not be made at this meeting but may be made at another time.
